The cast and crew wrapped up filming season 3 of “Modern Family” last week. Julie tweeted a pic of “Last day at dunphy house for season 3″, which you can see below. The cast and crew also went bowling last week, be sure to go to their twitter accounts to see some pics. “Modern Family” will return April 11 for the last few episodes of this season.

Ty will start filming “Switch” in May, and probably to working on voicing for “Mr. Peabody & Sherman” this summer as well. Let’s hope everyone will return in August to start filming for “Modern Family” season 4, it’s still not officially confirmed that ABC picked up season 4 but we assume they will soon.

Ty will make a guest appearance in the new Disney series “Doc McStuffins“. He will be voicing the character of Big Jack. The episode airs tomorrow, March 23, 10:00-10:30 a.m., ET/PT on Disney Channel. We added the episode stills in our gallery and you can find the preview of the episode inside/after the jump.

Doc’s Jack-in-the-Box patient, Little Jack, is scared about getting a check-up until Doc reassures him that his dad Big Jack will be with him the whole time.

Ty and his wife Holly announced that they have a new addition to their family, they adopted a baby girl. Ty and Holly adopted their daughter Frances last year. Congratulations to the happy family!

Ty Burrell‘s own Modern Family is expanding.

The actor, 44, and wife Holly have adopted a second daughter, the couple tell PEOPLE exclusively.

The baby girl joins big sister Frances at home.

The Burrells are keeping further details of the adoption private at this time.

“There’s lots of problem solving in any marriage, but when you have this collective goal that is a human being, it’s an inspiring rally point,” the actor said in 2010, describing how the addition of Frances brought him even closer to his wife.

Ty joined the DreamWorks animation movie “Peabody and Sherman“.

Modern Family star Ty Burrell has signed on to voice Mr. Peabody in DreamWorks Animation’s Mr. Peabody and Sherman.

Max Charles, the tyke actor who plays a young Peter Parker in this summer’s The Amazing Spider-Man movie, is voicing Sherman.

The project is based on the characters created by Jay Ward, who was the producer behind the 1950s and 1960s cartoons Rocky and Bullwinkle.

In the movie, Peabody and Sherman discover that someone has stolen the time traveling machine and is changing moments in history (to disastrous and comical results).

Rob Minkoff (The Lion King) is directing.
